Our Current Plans Include:
Child's Membership for children under 12 years old - $299
- 2 dental exams
- 2 regular cleanings
- 2 sets of x-rays (if needed)
- 1 limited exam & x-rays (if needed)
- 2 fluoride treatments
Adult's Membership - $399
- 2 dental exams
- 2 regular cleanings
- 2 sets of x-rays (if needed)
- 1 limited exam & x-rays (if needed)
Periodontic Patient's Membership - $549
- 2 dental exams
- 4 periodontal cleanings
- 2 sets of x-rays (if needed)
- 1 limited exam & x-rays (if needed)
